There is no order too big or too small for Locks Online when it comes to worldwide deliveries. Whether you’re looking to get 200 recycling bins to a new bi-folding sliding door system, you can be sure that we can deliver to your door wherever you may be. UK, Australia, Thailand or USA? It’s not a problem for us. So how does it all work? Let me explain....
Regardless of what you order With Locks Online, you will be charged a fixed price of £15 outside of the UK. If you are in Europe, you must pay VAT unless you have a VAT exempt number. If you are lucky enough to live outside of Europe, you will not have to pay VAT. VAT is added onto every product and onto delivery.
If your goods weigh less than 2kg and is Small enough to fit into an envelope, then we will send your items worldwide for the set price of £15 (plus VAT in Europe). No more will be needed to pay for delivery. This will go via royal mail for a standard delivery. Below I have added an image of Europe. If you are within these countries, you will need to pay VAT.
If you are looking to purchase goods that exceed the above such as a sink or bulk items that weigh more than 2kg, we will need to send your goods via courier. Over the years we have built a relationship with TNT and Interlink to ensure they deliver your goods, on behalf of LocksOnline, with up most care. Again it does not matter how much your purchase, or how heavy, we are able to deliver to you, where ever you are in the world!
If your order needs to go via courier, the set £15 delivery will automatically be added to the order. Although this is just a rough guide, our team will then assess how much the order weighs, how urgent you will need the order and how large the package will be. We will then call or email you to let you know the new delivery charge before any payment is taken. We have a 24 hour ‘cooling off period’ This means for anything up to 24 hours after placing your order, you are able to go in and amend your purchase before we take any money from your account. We want to ensure our customers are happy with what they are purchasing so this gives you the chance to amend anything on your order should you need to. If and only if you’re happy with the new delivery price, our team will process your order, and get your goods delivered to you as soon as possible.
To ensure your getting the best price for your purchased items, we give a leeway of 10kg per order. If your order weighs less than 10kg we will send it via courier again, for the simple price of £15. We want to make sure you get the best for your money.
