The Loox Push Black Plastic Switch is a really simple and discreet way of manually controlling your lighting system.
This switch can be installed in a cupboard, to the side of the unit, anywhere you believe it looks blends in to the aesthetics.
A 13 x 30mm hole will need to be drilled for the switch to fit through and the length of the flute on the switch is 20mm. If you'd prefer not to drill, you can order surface mounting housing:

This is a black plastic switch and comes complete with a 2.0m lead with connector. This switch is compatible with the 12V driver, 24V driver and 350mA driver; simply slots into the access point identified as switch.
Wattage: 0.3 - 75W
Whilst we don't have a video purely about the switch, this push black switch is featured in a majority of our videos concerning Loox LED Lighting.

Hi, guys. My name is Darrel and I'm head of the tech team here at LocksOnline. Thanks for taking some time to tune in and have a look at one of our short, little product review videos. Now we are trying to put these little videos together to be able to give our customers the opportunity to see the product in the flesh and perhaps be able to give you a little bit more advice or a bit more information in regards to its application and its constraints and what it physically looks like in the hand. Of course, an image is all very well and a bit text is all very well but actually seeing the product does actually give you a little bit more information as to whether or not it's suitable for your particular application or what you plan on wanting to use it.
Now over on our sister site LocksOnline.com we have a massive range of LED lighting and I want to talk to you about one of the little switches that we have that allows you to be able to operate both the 12 the 24 volt and quite a massive range of the LED lighting that we have. Now this is one of the simplest of switches. It's a pushed switch that allows you to be able to switch on and off any LED lighting system. It doesn't come with a transformer, nor does it come with the actual lights, these are all particular components that you will need to check to see which one you need. This, we're only talking about today is the actual push switch.
Now it's designed to be fitted in flush into a recess, into a cabinet or something similar like that and the idea is very, very simple, by pressing the button on the top it switches the light on, pressing it again you can switch it off. It's the most simplest of the range of off switches that we have. So there you go, switch it on and switch it off, it's as simple as that.
Now just to give you some sort of basic measurements. You've got about an 11 millimetre flute there and that distance there is right about at 20 millimetres. This gives you an opportunity to see the physical size of it and of course this could be hidden quite discreet, out of the way and allow you then to have it in your cabinet or in your kitchen unit, etc., or in your closet to able to operate the LED lights that you decide that you want to have.
So there you go, guys, there's not really that much I can say about it, it is just simply a switch, but at least now it's given you the opportunity to see it in the flesh, to make sure it's exactly what you're looking for. All the details, the specifications, etc. are listed on our site and all the sizes etc. you can see so once you've said yeah this is ideal, you can check all of those measurements as well to make sure it's ideal for you.
But listen if you need a bit more information on this product or any of the products that we have on our website, you can always pop us over an e-mail, use the live chat that we have, it's totally free for you and I to be able to chat with each other and we can talk about these fittings or any of the products that we have, or simply give us a call. The telephone number is at the top of our website. So if you need a bit more info, by all means, we'd love to hear from you and more importantly, we'd love to see you as a customer so from me, Darrel, and all of us here at the tech team, thanks for taking the time to tune in and we will catch up with you real soon. Take care!
