The Loox LED 2003 Down Light with Intergrated Sensor Switch is a non-dimmable feature light.

Once surface mounted (for which the screw fixings are included) to a cabinet or book shelf, the four small LEDs will cast a cool white light over the desired items. Whilst cool white is typically used for task lighting, it can also be used as feature lighting or display lighting. Doesn't have to be exclusive to the home, can also be used in an office or retail outlet.
It has a silver coloured anodised aluminium finish, which really suits a various range of wooden units.

This comes available in two lengths which does impact the wattage; 600mm = 3.0W and 900mm = 3.6W.

This light is not dimmable, but it does come complete with an integrated sensor switch which is perfect if you only want lighting when someone is actually looking at the items on display.

Voltage: 12V. You will need to order the Loox 12V driver and mains lead separately.

Hi, guys. My name's Darrel and I'm head of the tech team here at LocksOnline.com. Thanks for taking your time to tune in and have a look at one of our product review videos.
Now today I want to talk to you about a massive range of LED lighting that we have on our website, and in particular, this particular type of fitting, designed to sit in underneath cabinet units or display cabinets, et cetera, to allow you to be able to illuminate either a worktop unit or a display cabinet, etc. Or even in a closet, this can actually be used. One of the distinct advantages with this particular type of fitting is it has the ability, by just swiping your hand over a sensor, to actually switch it on and off.
So this is the actual fitting itself. The measurements are all on our website, and as you can see here, we've got four LED lights that sit on this aluminium track. You've got two screw fittings here that allow you to screw through the unit, and up into the substrate or to the unit, whichever way that you want it to actually be connected to, whether it be onto a wall or up into a fitting, et cetera, that's entirely up to you, how you want to fit it. Now the idea of the principle of it, there's a little indicator there that, as you swipe, like that, the sensor will pick up the fact that your hand has swiped across it, and it will actually switch the fitting on. Swipe again, and it will switch the fitting off. It's quite simple in this regard to its design, and how to actually use it.
Now, if you're thinking that this is ideal for you, then what you also need to consider is that you need to get yourself a transformer. This is the standard 30-watt transformer. There are different sizes on our site and depending on how many that you plan on using will depend on the size of transformer that you'll be looking for. Now, this particular transformer can take up to six fittings, up to a maximum of 30 watts. So you need to be conscious if you're connecting these in, that you don't exceed the 30 watts. If you are, then you need to go for a size of transformer a little bit bigger.
Now, we've powered this transformer up so it will give you guys an opportunity to actually have a look at this actually working in the flesh. So let's plug it in and we'll then get it up and running so you can actually see it actually working. So at this moment, there it is, and it's all ready to go. Just give it a second or two for it to settle down, because it's going to set itself to its environment. And if I do that, like that, there you go. And then put it again like that, and that switches it on, that switches it off. So it's really great for giving some sort of idea in regards for what you can use it for. So, if that was actually presented like that, then as I switch on there like that, as you can see, and that actually switches the lights on and off. It's as simple as that.
That's the basic light. It's round about 700mm long, and of course it can be used for a whole myriad of different types of applications, and it's in this satin anodised aluminium finish, which is quite trendy at this moment in time. So here you go, another fantastic fitting that's available on our website. But listen, if you need a bit more information on this particular fitting or any of the fittings that we have, by all means pop us over an email or use the live chat that we have on our website. It's totally free. You can either talk to me during working hours, or any of the guys in the tech team. We'd be more than willing to have a chat with you on that. More importantly, we'd love to see you as a customer. So from me, Darrel, and all of us here at the team, thanks for taking the time to tune in, and we'll catch up with you real soon. Take care. Bye-bye.
