The Loox Compatible 12V LED Round Spotlight is one of the more popular types of LED lighting and is suitable for recess mounting. Simply drill a 58 diameter hole and press fit the spotlight into place.

You can either have a cool white LED or warm white LED.
The cool white LED makes for perfect kitchen lighting as it provides bright and practical task lighting, which is ideal for food preparation. If placing in a kitchen, please be aware of any areas where splash back may occur.
The warm white LED compliments any area where the purpose is to relax e.g. the lounge area, due to the warm gloden glow it emits. However, you can mix both the cool white LEDs and the warm white LEDs to create a modern contrast. The contrasting look is a favourite of interior designers when it comes to an open plan kitchen/diner.
The spotlight has a brushed stainless steel finish, which is easy to wipe down once fitted.

This circular spotlight is also accompanied by a 2.5m lead and a 100mm lead with a 12V connector.
The light itself has a voltage of 12V and wattage of 1.25W.
You will need to purchase a Loox 12V driver, mains lead and switch separately.

Hi, guys. My name is Darrel and I'm head of the tech team here at LocksOnline.co.uk. Thanks for taking some time to tune in and have a look at one of our product review videos.
Now it's really exciting news for us because we've now started to put a whole range of LED lighting on our website which is really, really good news for our customers, especially for our architectural ironmongery range on LocksOnline.com. So I wanted go through all the different types of light fittings that we have. And the one that I have here in front of me at this moment in time is the square type of LED light fitting that I have.
And here is the actual fitting itself. Now it's available in two different types of lights. It's available in a warm white colour or a bright white colour they call a cool white. This actual fitting here is actually is actually push-fitted. And I know if you can zoom in there for us but we can actually show them the actual fittings here. So you would need to cut yourself a 68mm hole and then what you will do is this would actually be pushed up into the fitting like that and held into place by these two little clamps on either side there. I don't think you can get in on the detail on that.
Now this cover plate can come off. It's pushed in there. If I was to try and get that out there a little bit. Here you go. Okay so you can actually press-fit those in, all right, like that. And this is the actual LED fitting there like that there, and then this could actually be fitted on the top over it then after if you want to do so.
Now the actual size of the hole, as I mentioned before, it needs to be 68mm in diameter and is pushed up into the hole. And it should sit there under its own spring clips to keep it fixed nice and tidy. It comes with a 2.5m lead so it allows you a lot of flexibility in respect to that. Now with these you need a transformer in which to work for these. All right. I've actually plugged in a transformer here, and as you can see it's got some connections on the side here. Two connections on the side there and then it's got a further four connections on the other side here as well.
Now with these range of LED lights and so forth, you can also, which I'll show you in a minute, you can fit a switch on the side there. I don't know if you can zoom in on that. There's a little connection on the side there that allows you then to plug a switch in. And that will allow you then a small little switch to be able to switch them on and off. Of course, alternatively, you could actually switch the mains on and off to switch the lights and not necessarily have the switch.
So what I'm going to do is I'm to clip this back together now and we'll try and fit this all back together. Just push that in there like that. Clip that in there like that. There you go. There you go. So that's back in the fitting. Now these connectors here on the end, these actually fit into here. And of course, as I've mentioned, you've got four across the front and two. That's up to six of these can be fitted in there and I'll just get that into there like that. Okay. And there you go. We've just put that up in because we've already got that plugged on and there's the light there, all nice and bright.
Now of course, as I've said, you can either switch it with the mains or we have these little light switches here. So if I just put this down. And this again is designed to be a little push-switch like that, and you could drill yourself a hole, sorry, in wherever you want this to be fitted. Let me get the measurement on that for you to give you an idea of the size of the hole that you'll need. Okay, so there's the size there. It's 11, just about 11.5mm there. And then you push in that there. So it's probably 11mm is what you need to be drilling a hole in. And this would actually fit then into the side of the actual transformer like that. Okay. And this now allows us then on this lead here to switch the light on and off. There you go.
Now of course you can have up to six of these then dotted around underneath your units or wherever you decide you want them per transformer. And then of course, if you need more, you'd buy yourself another transformer, another lead. And then of course then, if you want to have a switch as well to switch it on and off. So this is the square light, 74mm across the whole width of that square. Available now on Locks Online.com. If you need a bit more information, I mean, they are quite straightforward. It's all plug and play. There are no gadgets required or technical gadgetry to get this all to work. It's all pretty standard. You need a couple of drill bits and a drill to get it all nice and tidily installed.
But if you need a bit more information or a bit more advice, by all means pop online. Use our live chat that we have on our website. It's totally free. You can speak to me or any of the guys on the LocksOnline tech team and they are there to help you out. So in the mean time, thanks for taking the time to take a look at this video and I hope it gives you a little bit more explanation on how this actually works and we'll catch with you real soon. So take care. Bye-bye now. Bye-bye.
