These iron & ironing board holders offer the ability to safely and securely mount your iron in its upright position, and also offers the ability to hook your ironing board underneath, for secure and convenient storage of both the clothes iron and the ironing board all in one place!
Made with a strong gauge steel wire frame, finished beautifully with a polished chrome plating, these are not only a highly functional and handy mounting bracket, but also look the part too.
Whilst these are primarily designed for wall mounting in closets etc, there is absolutely no reason at all why you could not mount this to the inside of a closet door or even to the side of a wardrobe for ultimate convenience.

Hi guys. My name is Darrel and I'm head of the tech team here at LocksOnline. Thanks for taking some time to tune in and have a quick look at one of our product review videos. Now we've put these short little videos together to be able to give you, our customers, the opportunity to have a look at the product in a little bit more detail than you may get from the picture or from a bit of the descriptive text.
Today I want to show you a bracket that we have, and it's manufactured to be able to hold an iron in a unit or in a closet or in your conservatory or whatever you decide that you want to be able to put an ironing board and an iron in a utility room, etc. So this is the actual bracket. It amazes me sometimes that people think of such a fantastic idea sometimes. But this is the actual bracket itself, and of course, the idea is that the iron would actually slide down in here and hold itself in this particular position. So the actual base of the iron would actually sit on this metal piece here.
Now, you've got these hooks here then and you would then be able to mount your ironing board off these hooks then. So it keeps it all neat and tidy in your utility room or in your spare room, wherever you decide that you want to be able to put your iron in and so forth.
Now you can fix it to the wall. It doesn't come with fixing screws, but you can screw it either to a unit as you mentioned there, or by all means you can actually screw it onto the wall. Of course, you would need to use wall plugs or screws in which to do that.
So that's the actual product itself. But what I want to do now is obviously irons are all made of different sizes, etc., so let's try and get some measurements for you so therefore then you can say, "Well, will my iron fit in this particular assembly?" So the actual width of the base here, so this would be the plate, the whole plate of the iron, if I was to get myself a measurement on that, that there we're pushing in around about 135 millimetres. Now, as you can see, it does chamfer off slightly, so if I was to measure this particular piece in here to the chamfer, we're looking there around about 110 millimetres.
This opening that we have here, in between here, if I can just get a measurement on that slightly, you're looking there around about 63 millimetres, and of course your handle would be on that particular part there, like that. The actual overall length that would go in respects to the iron itself, if I was just to get a quick measurement there, it's about 190 millimetres there. So therefore, then that's how far the iron will sit down into its carrier. The fixing centres, just in case you might want to know that, the actual fixing centres is 135 and the height of the fixing centres there are around 165. About 165 then as your fixing centres there.
And of course, you've got the two hooks here off the widest point of this particular unit here is about 175 millimetres. So its overall width is about 175. And then the overall length then from one end to the other, I'm getting in around about the 270 mil from there to there.
So there you go, quite a knacky little product really, has its uses. As you mentioned, it just makes everything tidy in your utility room or wherever you decide you want to store your iron and your ironing board. Available on our website.
