Mini Glass Shelf Support - Inner Cabinet Shelving

Hi, guys. My name is Darrel and I'm the head of the tech team here at LocksOnline. Thanks for taking some time to tune in and have a quick look at one our product review videos. Now I'm putting these short little videos together to be able to give you, our customers the opportunity to see the product that we have to offer in hopefully in a little bit more detail than you may get from a standard text or the description, and to be able to show it to you and show you how it works, etc.
So these are glass shelf supports. They are designed to be situated inside a cabinet or a unit or something similar, where you want to be able to have a lovely glass shelf there to be able to display or present whatever you want on the actual glass shelf itself. Now it's got this wedge here, which you would effectively drill into the carcass, into the side of the cabinet. You'll be able to push that then into the actual hole that you've drilled, then this is then the receptacle to allow you then to put your glass shelf into here. It will take roughly about 4 to 6 millimetre plated glass. They're sold as separate units.
So you need to consider maybe four per or six per shelf, depending on how you were going to set it all up. Bear in mind as well, if you've got back and it's quite a long shelf. You may want to put one or two of these at the back as well. But the idea is, once you've actually put the shelf up into the unit there. This particular part here, which is a nylon screwing effect. This will then screw in tight and hold the glass in tight, so it doesn't slide around.
Now, to give you some sort of idea in regards to its overall measurements here, I've got my Vernier gauge here. Let me just measure the overall height of that there. That there it's about 22 millimetres from there to there. The actual size of that particular projection there as to how far the stud comes out there, that there is about 7 millimetres.
So that comes out about 7 millimetres there, also as well when you are measuring you might be interested to know what this measurement is here. Because obviously your glass is going to have to be that much smaller on both sides, and then getting comfortably there at around about 3 millimetres. I don't know if you can zoom in there. So bear that in mind, then that there it needs to be around about the 3 millimetres there as you can see. So obviously 6 millimetres from both sides. In this slightly polished silvery finish as well, so there you go, guys. It just gives you the opportunity to see this particular product in the flesh. You can see in all dimensions.
That's probably one of the beauties of doing a short little video on it. But if you need a bit more info on these or any other products that we have, by all means, pop us over an email. Use the live chat that we have or give us a call. We'd love to hear from you, love to see you as a customer. So from me Darrel and from all of us at the team, thanks for taking the time to tune in and will catch with you real soon. You take care now. Bye, bye.
