Hi, guys. My name is Darrel and I'm head of the tech team here at LocksOnline. Thanks for taking the time to tune in and have a quick at one of our product review videos. I'm putting these short little videos together to be able to give you, our customers, the opportunity to see the products that we have in hopefully a little bit more detail, in the flesh, so to speak. And help you make a bit better informed decision as to whether or not this is actually what you're looking for.
Today I've got a little shelf support pin that's available on our site. You may find that if you've got a cabinet or display cabinet you've got some shelves in there, it may be that this is the type of pin that is being used in which to hold the actual shelf into place. This particular one here has a nylon bush over it and obviously because of that it's actually great for utilising with glass or glass shelves and so forth. That's the beauty of having this particular one with this nylon over it.
Now, the size of these stops here or the part that goes into the carcass itself, there's two different sizes available, this is the 5mm version but there's also a smaller one, a 3mm version as well. So what I'll do very very quickly is, there's not really much to say about thee units other than what their application and so forth is but I'll get some measurements for you, just in case you want to be able to check that out.
So as I mentioned that here is the 5mm version so that is actually 5mm. The overall length of it from one end to the other there is actually 16, about 16.3mm. The part then that will actually project out of the hole there with the nylon on it if I was to get that measurement there, you're looking there around about 8mm, that's the projection. The diameter of this particular part is slightly thicker because of the nylon on it as well. That there is about 7mm.
So not really much to say other than if you're looking for something like this then hopefully with this short little video you will be able to say, "Joe [SP], that's just exactly what I'm looking for!" and hopefully you become a customer of ours. But if you need a bit more info on this or any of the products that we have by all means pop us over an email, use the live chat or simply do it the old-fashioned way and pick up the phone and give us a call. Either way, we'd love to hear from you and more importantly, we'd love to see you as one of our customers. So from me, Darrel, and all of us at the team thanks for taking the time to tune in. We'll catch up with you real soon, take care. Bye, bye.
