These plastic ventillation grills are a simple solution to venting your cabinet units or just about anything really!
Suitable for panel thicknesses of up to 20mm (min 10mm), these vents are made to be recessed into the panel and fixed into place via supplied fastening clips from the other side of the panel. These are of course adjustable fittings to suit any panel thickness between the 10mm and 20mm acceptable range.

Hi guys, my name is Darrel, and I'm head of the tech team here at LocksOnline. Thanks for taking some time to tune in and have a quick look at one of our product review videos. Now we've put these short little videos together to be able to give you and all customers the opportunity to see the products that we have to offer in perhaps a little but more detail than you may get with just a stock image and a bit of descriptive text.
Today I want to show you one of our vents. It's designed to sit in a kitchen plinth underneath the actual unit. If you've got washer machines, fridge/freezers, or anything that's using electricity all the time, sometimes they may need ventilation, and perhaps this is the actual part that you will be looking for. You'll be able to cut out a piece in the actual plinth itself and be able to sit this in to allow you to get the ventilation in underneath perhaps the cooker or anything like that.
Now this has got a silver finish. It's actually a plastic unit but it's got a lovely satin silver finish. The way that it's actually fitted in is you would effectively drill a hole on the sides of it, and we can get some measurements for you in a second. And then you've got these little clips then that actually sit in here and allow you to be able to push those up from the back there like that, and you push those down so it would actually clamp then from the back into the actual plinth itself. So that's the basic sitting and the fitting of it and of course there's one for either side as well.
So let's get some quick measurements while we've got that here. The overall length of the cut out that you'll be looking at is about 147 millimetres by 55 millimetres. So that's the size of the cut out. The actual face however is a little bit wider for obvious reasons. That there is 65 millimetres, and the length, then of the overall there, is 157 millimetres.
So there you go. Just one of the range of products that we have on our website. But if you need a bit more information or you want a bit more advice on this or any of the products that we have, pop us over an email, use the live chat that we have, or simply pick up the phone and give us a call. Either way, we'd love to hear from you, and more importantly, we'd love to see you as our customer.
So from me, Darrel, and all of us here at the team, thanks for taking the time to tune in. Catch up with you real soon, bye-bye
