Hi, guys. My name is Darrel and I'm head of the tech team here at LocksOnline. Many thanks for taking some time to tune in and have a quick look at one of our product review videos. Now we've putting these short little videos together to be able to give you, our customers, the opportunity to see the products that we have in hopefully a little bit more detail, and help you make a bit better of an informed decision as to whether or not this is the product that you're looking for.
Today I want to show you this spring clip that we have here. It's obviously designed to be used for a whole myriad of different things, like a top to a box, or something like that, and you want to be able to clip it down and hold it into position. It can be used for kitchen units or something like that, or table tops, etc. that you want to be able to clip and hold in position, etc. It has a whole load of different uses, etc.
It comes in two different bits. This is the actual part here that allows you to be able to screw this to one side and then this is the other part here that you'd screw to the other side. I'm sure that most of you are seeing the idea, but basically it would allow you then to hold that on there like that and as you pull that in tight there like that it puts that under pressure and allows you to hold the two parts together quite tight. It also has the ability here, I don't know if you can zoom in there, but there is a hole all the way through, but if you did want to put a pin in to stop it inadvertently opening, then you do have that ability there. Maybe a split pin or something similar.
Now the actual back here has three screw fixings there. It doesn't come with fixings. You'll need to choose your own size fixings for this. Obviously you'll need something like a pan head type of screw to be able to go into there. There are screws available on our website and this one here then would obviously accept a countersunk screw there as you can see.
Now obviously, as I've mentioned, they have a whole load of different types of applications and so forth, but at least sometimes being able to see it in the flesh, so to speak, allows you to be able to make a bit better of an informed decision, to say, "Yes, you know, that's just exactly what I'm looking for," or the application that you're looking for, whatever you want to use it for.
But if you need a bit more info on this or any of the products that we have, pop us over an email, use the live chat that we have, or simply do it the old-fashioned way and pick up the phone and give us a call. We'd love to hear from you, and we'd love to see you as one of our cherished customers. So from me, Darrel, and all of us at the team, thanks for taking the time to tune in and we'll catch up with you real soon. Take care. Bye-bye.
