Hi, guys. My name is Darrel, and I'm head of the tech team here at LocksOnline. Thanks for taking the time to tune in and have a quick look at one of our product review videos. Now I've put these short little videos together to give you, our customers, the opportunity to see the products that we have to offer in perhaps a little bit more detail than you may get from the descriptive text or the image.
Today I'm going to talk to you today about a quite nice stylish knob. The guys here in the office think it's quite feminine. We probably think that it would go on a dressing table or something similar. If you think that it's something that would suit your particular application, then maybe this is what you're looking for. It's actually got a name, called Corbusier, and it's obviously in our knob range section. If you're looking at a set of drawers you would obviously have a pair, perhaps, or if you've got a cupboard or something like that or a wardrobe you could probably just use the one in the centre.
It's actually a beautiful chrome finish as you can see, the actual finishing on this is actually quite good in what I can see here. And of course it's got this diamond-cut shape around its outside. I'm obviously making fingerprints on such a shiny surface.
The manufacturers have decided to supply some screws with these as well, so you have a standard 16-millimetre screw there, which is designed for 16-millimetre units or you've got the longer one there if yours is a little bit thicker and therefore you can snap that one off to seek the length that you're looking at.
Whilst I have this here what I'll do is we'll get a couple of measurements because obviously if you're thinking of fitting these on a cupboard or a cabinet or something then it'd be great to get some measurements for you. What I do is use the gauge here and the actual squareness of the knob is 34 millimetre, I'm going to call out 34 millimetre. It's 34 millimetre square. Now the actual projection is how far it will come off the cabinet there. If i was to take a measurement there for you that there is 23 millimetre there for you and that's how much it projects.
It takes a standard M4 bolt in the end there and the actual size of that there, just to give you some sort of information there, that's just over the 10 millimetre. That particular part there is about 10 millimetre square.
If you're thinking of putting these or changing these for something else that you may have, etc., then you may want to cover up any impressions of whatever from the previous knobs or handles that you may have. So there you go, guys, beautiful little knob there, I'm quite impressed with the finish on it.
Listen, if you need a bit more of information on this or any other products that we have pop us over an email or live chat or simply do it the old-fashioned way, pick up the phone and give us a call. Love to hear from you and more importantly we'd love to see you as a customer.
From me, Darrel, and all of us at the team, thanks for taking the time to tune in and we'll catch up with you real soon. Take care.
