Cup handles are becoming increasingly popular again recently, and this style of cup handle is no exception.
These particular cup handle is almost quite medieval, with its rustic but smooth 'aged armour' effect, and looks absolutely incredible on solid wood drawers and cabinet doors.
Built out of cast iron, as you can imagine this cup handle has a great weight to it, and a good sturdy build.
Unlike a lot of handles nowadays, these do come with screw fixings to suit all applications!

Hi, guys. My name is Darrel and I'm head of the tech team here at LocksOnline. Thanks for taking some time to tune in and have a quick look at one of our product review videos. Now we're putting these short, little videos together to be able to give you, our customers, the opportunity to see the products that we have to offer in perhaps a little bit more detail than you may expect from just an image and a bit of descriptive text.
Today I want to talk to you about quite a nice, high-end finished cup handle that we have on our website. This is the actual handle itself. It's got like a metal finish on it. There's slightly pitting and all on it to give it that aged look. You could imagine this maybe in an old cottage or something similar, or if you're trying to create quite an old cottagey sort of feel to your kitchen or to your bathroom, or even to your bedroom set up.
The cup handle itself, as you can see it has this metal finish and it also has the two fixings on the back, and the manufacturers on this particular handle have decided to supply some screw fixings as well to allow you then. There's two different types in here. There's the one that can be snapped off depending on the length, and then they also have one that's a fixed length as well. So you know, plenty of scope there in respects to what the fixings you need, depending on what type of wood or whatever that you're planning on fitting it to, MDF or chipboard or whatever.
The idea is we'll get some measurements on that now, just to give you some sort of idea. So the overall length of the actual cup handle there, from one end to the other, is 100 millimetres. The fixing centres there, just in case you're trying to replace, the fixing centres there are 65 millimetres, and when it sits on the actual drawer or cupboard, etc., that you're planning on using, chest of drawers perhaps, that will give you then some sort of idea as to the projection there. So there's plenty, can you get a measurement on that, there's plenty of scope there for you to be able to get your hands in and pull a drawer, or pull a cupboard, depending on your application.
So there you go, guys. It's just one of the products that we have on our website. But listen, if you need a bit more information on this or any of the other products that we have, by all means, pop us over an email or use the live chat during the working day, or simply do it the old-fashioned way and pick up the phone and give us a call. Either way, we'd love to hear from you, and more importantly, we'd love to see you as one of our customers. So from me, Darrel, and all of us at the team, thanks for taking the time. Hope to catch up with you real soon. Take care. Bye.
