This Arco Bow Handle is a stylish piece of architecture.
It has a long rounded curve for the handle, which is finished off with a sleek and smooth Polished Chrome or Satin Nickel Effect.
This item comes complete with 50mm snap screws. Atleast 5-8mm of the screws will need to be fixed in to the designated door. The fixing bases of the handle are actually 12mm.
These handles come available in two sizes: 185mm and 281mm
The Arco Bow also carries some weight, which is not overbearing but allows for a sturdy fit and firm grip.
Zinc Alloy material.
Hole Centres: 128 - 224mm

Hi, guys. My name is Darrel. I'm head of the tech team here at LocksOnline. Thanks for taking some time to tune in, and have a quick look at one of our products review videos. Now, we're putting this short, little videos together to be able to allow our customers the opportunity to see the products that we have and a little bit more information, and perhaps a little bit more detail than maybe a stock image and a bit of descriptive text may have to offer.
Today I want to talk to you about this lovely and elegant bow handle that we've got on our website. And that's the actual handle there. It's actually such a beautiful handle. It comes in different lengths. But this is the 280 millimetre version there. And as you can see there, it's actually such a beautiful style there. There's a degree of weight in this handle as well. You feel its quality. It feels like if you were to hold it, it's actually quite substantial. You can imagine this on a drawer in your kitchen or perhaps a cupboard in your kitchen, etc., or maybe in your living room or in your bedroom depending on the cabinets that you have.
It comes standard with some screw fixings. These are the fixings here. This is the particular type that allows you to snap off depending on the length of the substrate, or the thickness of the substrate, that you plan on fitting it to. So if I was to give you a quick measurement of that there, you're looking there the overall length of that is 50 millimetres. You need to have at least maybe 5-8 millimetres into the door so you're quite comfortable there for doors up to maybe 40 millimetres. So it's quite a big range of screw fittings in respect to that.
But again looking at this, this is satin nickel finish. The elegance of the smoothness there, they've actually put a bit of thought into the design of this. I don't know if you can zoom in just to show the architectural "nicety" - I use it with "nicety" if it's proper English, just to be able to explain to you the beautiful curve that they've decided to put there on the edge. They've really thought about the design on that as you can see.
The fixing centres on this particular one, and of course, they would be different than every other one. That one there, just to give you guys a little bit of an idea, you're talking around about 224, maybe 223 fixing centres there for this particular type of handle. So if you're thinking that this is absolutely beautiful, is what you want to use and maybe you're thinking of retro fitting, what I might do is just to give you some sort of idea. These actual bases here are around about 12 millimetres. So if your screws are slightly out you may be able to drill slightly newer ones or elongate them slightly to accept this handle if you think that's what you can do.
So there you go, guys. Not really much more I can say about it, but at least this has given you the opportunity to see the product in the flesh, so to speak, and if you need a bit more information of this product or any of the products that we have incidentally, by all means, pop us over an email, use the live chat. That's totally free. You can speak to me or any of the guys in the service team during the normal working day. Or just simply give us a call. Either way, we'd love to hear from you and more importantly, we'd love to see you as a customer.
So for me Darrel, and all of here at the team, thanks for taking the time to tune in and we'll catch with you real soon. Take care. Thanks, bye-bye.
