Hi, guys. My name is Darrel and I'm head of the tech team here at LocksOnline. Thanks for taking the time to tune in and having a quick look at one of our product review videos. Now, I'm putting these short, little videos together to be able to give you, our customers, the opportunity to see the products that we have to offer in a little bit more detail.
Today, I want to talk to you about a nice cabinet handle that we have. It's quite ornate. It's quite fancy, and you can imagine this on a nice chest of drawers, or some cabinets or some cupboards. And it's a bit vintage, a bit stylish in regards to its design.
So this is the actual back plate itself here. The picture shows it all as a complete unit. Here, I want to actually show you it to you in all its individual components, to give you some sort of idea of how it all gets put together.
So the basic principle is that these parts here have got the screw holes here, to allow you to screw the actual handle onto the door. Now, bear in mind, these don't come with screws. You going to need to purchase your screws as a separate item. But the idea is quite simple. Once you've actually got yourself a few positions, etc., these get situated into the handle here, like that. And therefore, then when you do that there, you pop that in there like that, and if I can do the same, as well, on this one here. It's quite fitting to just get ourselves here. Pop those on there like that. Screw that in there, and that there then, is how the handle will actually look.
And I think it looks incredibly fancy. Looks very, very stylish. And the screw centres then, the screw fixings then, will actually then project through there on the back, as you can see there on the unit. So you would screw through them and clamp the whole lot together, and it would stay, all in its fine position.
Now, what I want to try and do is just give you some quick little measurements on this, just to give you some sort of idea. The overall width of that there is around about 85 millimetres, give or take a mil or two. The fixing centres as well, which may be important if you're thinking of changing these over with handles that you may have already got, I get fixing centres thereof, around about, of 63, 64 millimetres there. Probably, more 63.
The actual height of the handle, as well, is 55 millimetres. That's the height of the actual plate, the backing plate there. And the actual projection, as well, which you might be interested to know . . . I'm going to see if I can get that for you as well. It will project off you door, something in the region of about 23, 24 millimetres. That's how far it will project off.
So there you go guys.
That piece has popped out there. We just pop that back in there.
So there you go. It just gives you an opportunity to see it in the flesh, so to speak. And I quite like that. It's quite fancy and it's in a lovely bronzed effect there, as you can see.
But listen, if you need a bit more information on this or any of the products that we have, by all means, pop us over an email, use the live chat that we have or simply pick up the phone and give us a call. Either way, we'd love to hear from you, and more importantly, we'd love to see you as one of our customers.
So from me, Darrel, and all of us at the team, thanks for taking the time to tune in. We'll be catching you real soon. Take care. Bye-bye.
