Hi guys, my name is Darrel, and I'm head of the tech team here at locks online. Thanks for taking some time to tune in and have a quick look at one of our product reviews. Now we're putting these short little videos together to be able to give you, our customers, the opportunity to see the products we have to offer in perhaps a little more detail than you may expect from just an image or a bit of descriptive text.
Today I'm going to talk to you about a letter cage that we have on our website. It comes in three different finishes. This is the white finish, as you can see here. It also comes in a chrome finish, and also a brass finish. Now this particular type has some fixed fixings on the back here as you can see. There's two at the bottom here and there's also then two at the top, and effectively you would then screw that on to the back of the door. The letter area would be somewhere in this particular area here.
So when you actually pop the post through the letterbox it's going to drop down into the basket and then when you want to be able to retrieve that, you simply lift this up there like that and put your hand in and take the letters and the post out. Now this particular letter basket, if I give you some quick little measurements it will give you an idea of its physical dimensions.
So, its overall height, if I get the overall height right from the very bottom to the very top there, that there is just over 400 millimetres high. The actual width at its widest point about there is 340 millimetres. The actual depth of the unit as well is about 175 millimetres deep from the front to the end there.
Also what I'll do as well is I'll get you some fixing centers as well. The first fixing comes off the top there that comes down and the fixing center there is about 53 millimetres and the fixing from the bottom up to the top there is about 20 millimetres and the fixing centers if I can get the fixing centers for you as well, I'm going to be saying that that's 325 millimetres fixing centers. Then the actual fixing centers across the horizontal, I'm looking at being, give or take a couple of millimeters there, is round about 360 millimetres.
So, there you go, guys. Not really much to say, but it gives you an opportunity to see the product in the flesh so to speak. And hopefully give you that little bit of information that you need to say, "This is exactly what I'm looking for." But listen, if you need a bit more information on this or any of the products that we have, by all means. pop online and use the live chat that we have or pop us over an email or simply send us an old fashioned email. Either way, we'd love to hear from you, and we'd love to see you as a customer.
So, from me, Darrel, and all of us at the team, thanks for taking the time to tune in. We'll catch you real soon. Bye-bye now.
