Suitable for fire doors, these stainless steel hinges boast a ball bearing race and a 120kg load capacity.
Arrone have been producing top quality hinges for many years, and this hinge doesn't fail to impress. Beautifully engineered and vigorously tested to the highest standards, these are definitely worth considering.
The use of stainless steel is always a plus for hinges, as its anti-corrosion properties mean moisture and dampness will not deteriorate the hinge, and what's more, coupled with the ball bearing construct of the knuckle, these should last a long time!
Fixing screws are supplied, to secure the hinge using the ANSI patterned four countersunk fixing holes dotted on each leaf.

Hi, guys. My name is Darrel and I'm head of the tech team at LocksOnline. Thanks for taking some time to tune in and have a quick look at one of our product review videos. We're putting these short little videos together to be able give you, our customers, the opportunity to see the products that we have to offer and hopefully a little bit more detail, in the flesh, so to speak.
So today I want to show you a range of hinges that we have. It's an Arrone hinge. Now, Arrone is a manufacturer that's been around for quite some time and they do make exceptionally good quality hinges. This here is a ball bearing butt race hinge. The idea of this particular hinge is that it's got little ball bearing races actually in the hinge there, which allows for a beautiful, smooth action in regards to it's operation, so that's really really good quality there. You can feel it in how smooth it moves backwards and forwards on those ball bearings.
Now, this is also a grade 13 hinge and an EN 1935 hinge, as you can see here. Now what that basically means is the grade 13 allows you to be able to utilise this particular hinge on a set of fire doors, so that's quite important for you to be aware of. Now, it comes with four screw holes there as you can see on both of the actual sets. Now these particular hinges are sold as separate, so, you know, if you're looking at this particular hinge, you need to consider if it's a fire door, you may want to go for three hinges or if it's a standard door you may just want to go for two hinges, but they are sold as separate hinges so bear that in mind when you're totalling the figures up as to how many hinges that you do need.
Now, it's a standard four-inch butt hinge. As you can see here, you've got this nice satin silver finish here, 102 millimetres long there, which is a standard four inch. It comes with screw fixings as well for you, so there's no problem there. So, let's get some further measurements for you.
The actual size of the actual leaf there is 30 millimetres, so obviously designed to work on a standard 44-millimetre door. So there you go, guys, it just gives you the opportunity to see more of the specifications in regards to its EN grading here, as well on the back and as you can see the judicial CE stamping as well if you can see that in the reflection there. So, there you go.
Absolute quality hinge. Beautiful hinge. I quite like those. But listen, if you need a bit more information on this or any of the products that we have, you can always pop us over an email, use the live chat that we have, or simply give us a call. Either way, we'd love to hear from you, and more importantly, we'd love to see you as one of our customers. So from me, Darrel, and all of us at the team, thanks for taking the time to tune in. We'll catch you real soon I hope. Take care now. Bye-bye.
