SDL electric sliding door locking unit

• For use with Labora fittings for 8 mm glass and dialock DFT terminal shown in Related Poducts
• Order Labora fittings as usual but order 1x runner without end cap (Cat. No. 415.06.955) and 1x runner with end cap (Cat. No. 415.06.946), as 1 end cap is included in each SDL set
• Comprises:
- 1x Sliding door locking unit with 110 mm bottom channel, grey plastic/silver anodised aluminium and black cable for connecting to Dialock DFT terminal
- 1x Latch for runner, bright steel
- 1x End cap, nickel-plated zinc alloy
- 2x Guide pins for runner alignment
• Installation:
Locking unit is installed one end of the Labora bottom channel
Counterpart (latch) is installed in the runner housing
• Locking unit incorporates status contact, so when used with DFT/B furniture terminal it is very easy to have the door status monitored and signalled - a feature often required by shopfitters
• To prevent lift-out of sliding doors when locked, the glass panels must be sized for headroom of 4 mm or less (Labora standard is 6 mm)
After panels are inserted, spacer brackets must be mounted on each side of the panels - must be ordered separately (see Don't Forget to Order)
• Note: For a 2 piece sliding door, 2 SDLs are required
