- Surface mounted rack and pinion door closer with guide rail arm (not included, please see Don't Forget to Order) for doors up to 850 mm with static closing force, hydraulic latching action
- Valve adjustable latching and closing on the front of closer

• Material:
- Aluminium body and guide rail. Mild steel arm
• Please note: This closer is not suitable for fire door installation
- For non fire doors in premises such as nursey schools, old persons homes etc. where a closing device is required without a great deal of effort to open
• A door stop should always be used fro non backchecked doors, and where practical for backchecked doors, and at least 66% of the door width away from the hinge
