Flap-Ex flap hinge
• Suitable for installation in front flap cabinets min. 820 mm high, min. 400 mm wide with min. installation depth 270 mm
• Important: Designed to support a chipboard front with maximum dimensions 590 mm high, 400 mm wide, 19 mm thick, maximum weight when full 5 kg
• Comprises:
- 1 Angular bracket, screw fixing, nickel-plated steel
- 1 Rod with plastic sleeve
- 2 Washers
- 2 Spiral springs: front 126 mm long, rear 90 mm long
- 1 bearing, screw fixing, packed loose, white plastic
• Mounting instructions:
- Screw fix angular bracket to front panel and bearing to side panel
- Push rod into bearing between the two spiral springs
• For installation of the front flap, the following should be ordered separately :
- 2 cup hinges
- Mini Latch catch (please see Don't Forget to Order)
• The door is opened by simply applying pressure to the door itself. When the door is closed, it is secured by the Mini Latch catch
