Meet the team

Darrel Walters Head of Technical Department
Leaving college with a city and guilds (dist) in electronic engineering, Darrel has worked in the security industry for the last twenty years. In 1989 he set up and runs a local company ‘The Walters Group’ installing/servicing intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, access control systems, as well as supplying and fitting locks and carrying out general locksmithing duties. The Walters Group are members of ‘The Master Locksmiths Association’ (MLA) and ‘The Security System Alarm Inspection Board’ (SSAIB). Darrel has extensive knowledge in the security industry from installations, specifications and the implementation of a vast range of security products.

Eve Jones Head of Ironmongery Sales
With the introduction to an increasingly expanding ironmongery section to the web site we have brought a new member of the team on board. With over 15 years experience in interior design and management we are very excited to have Eve join the team to facilitate our new ironmongery customers.

John McDougall Head of Sales
John has recently joined the team to head our sales department with numerous years experience in managing hardware stores John brings his expertise to organising our sales and packing ensuring the sales team are all working in an efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Gavin Johnson Ecommerce/ Marketing
Involved in media production for a number of years before joining Locksonline in 05. With a knowledge of 3D CAD and design Gavin is responsible for the upkeep of the web site, adding new product and marketing products to ensure customers know the specs on our products.
